Objective : ✓ Desktop Management System
Rationale : ✓ Computerized management of desktops, laptops to save
time and labour in gathering information on the type of
hardware, software installed in every desktop, laptop. New
software deployment into many desktops, laptops
functionality to save time and labour to go install at every
desktop, laptop. Information and statistics on usage of
software installed.
Expected Benefit : ✓ Complement inventory system, information and statistics
gathered helps in planning for hardware and software
requirements.

Objective : ✓ Document Management System
✓ To Support ISO Filling Management System
Rationale : ✓ Computerized management of documents for storage and
retrieval.
Expected Benefit : ✓ Many different types of documents like letters, reports,
minutes of meetings, parliament question and answer,
MOUs signed, contracts, agreements to store, retrieve,
track, take action, refer, archive, record.
✓ As a backup against lost or damage of physical documents.
