Responsibilities

Coordinating research grant applications, smart collaboration programs/MoUs/collaboration
with industry, IPTA, IPTS, government and private agencies related to R&D&C&I
Planning and implementation the training requirements and training record system for
department staff and coordinating the IPT industrial training program
Planning, managing and monitoring the implementation of product and technology
commercialisation activities, intellectual property registration applications, innovation
competitions and promotion programs based on research findings.
Planning the procurement of equipment, software and maintenance of ICT facilities for the
implementation of electronic government (eG) applications as well as monitoring the security
and operation of the internet network.
Providing technical drawing (new or modified), printing and binding services for research
reports, publication of paperwork, books, manuals and official printed materials
